From here on, the person (Yourself) who is planning to attend, register and/or book a Money Capital Network class/classes/Service and attend online or in-person, will be known as “student”, “you”, “Your”, “he” and/or “she”.

From here on, Money Capital Network will be known as “us”, “we”, “our” and/or “Money Capital Network”.

From here on, “classes” and/or “class” refers to the Services we offer as well as the classes which you may attend in-person and/or online, where you will learn the teaching from us.

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

TRAINING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED:

1.1: The contents of all Money Capital Network classes are outlined in the “Classes” descriptions available on our website and/or our brochures. However, we reserve the right to adjust the syllabus of any class at our sole discretion and without notice. Once you have fully paid for your chosen Money Capital Network class, you have no more payment obligations to us. If you decide you would like a refresher class after already attending our class, or you would like to book and attend another full class, online or in person, you must book and pay the fee for a refresher class or full class.

1.2: In our FAQ’s section, we stated that, “…As a retail trader, you can decide to sign up and open a trading account with various trading brokers and begin trading your own funds legally at any time without a financial degree” - all information and content provided on this website and the resources, information, teachings and content available and provided by Money Capital Network are for informational and educational purposes only. The information should not be construed as an offer to sign up to any financial brokerage, or buy, sell, invest or subscribe to any financial products, and should not be taken as financial advice. If you choose to open a live trading account with a broker/brokerage, it is solely at your discretion. By booking a class with Money Capital Network, you verify that you have checked the rules and requirements of trading the financial markets in your country of residence, state, city and/or region you reside in, you fully understand the rules and regulations, and that you take full responsibly of obeying all rules, regulations, and laws of such destinations.

1.3: Student confirms that by booking and paying for a Money Capital Network class, he/she is 18 years of age or older at the time of making the booking and paying the fees.

1.4: Student warrants that all documents and/or information supplied are true, authentic, and correct.

1.5: Where student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent, or misleading information, the student will automatically be withdrawn from the class and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

1.6: Money Capital Network have the right to terminate your use of this Website if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached the terms and conditions.

Warranty:

2.1: Money Capital Network have resources and staff with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide the training services offered. All classes/training services are provided “as-is,” without a guarantee or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Money Capital Network or any of our staff/representatives are not responsible for the performance of any student and/or persons during or after attending a class.

3.1: All information and content provided on this website and the resources, information, teachings and content available and provided by Money Capital Network during the classes are for educational and informational purposes only. The information should not be construed as an offer to buy, sell, invest or subscribe to any financial products, and should not be taken as financial advice. If you choose to open a live trading account, it is solely at your discretion. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Money Capital Network, its directors, employees, teachers, and representatives, from all liabilities, claims, actions, demands and expenses, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, alleging, or resulting from your use of this website, attendance to our classes online or in-person or your breach of terms and conditions. Money Capital Network shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages which may arise from its performance under this agreement.

Payment Terms:

4.1: We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle all online transactions. When you pay for our services, we do not store, retain, or have any access to your Credit card/Debit card/Mastercard details. The only personal data we collect at time of payment is your name, email address, and the amount paid. All payment processing and security measures are fully handled by the third-party processor, ensuring your financial information remains completely private.

4.2: We accept payment via Debit Card and Mastercard, as well as other online payment methods which will clearly be displayed on the checkout page at time of purchase. The price shall be as advertised at time of payment and must be paid in full before the commencement of the classes you are attending, except where explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time unless we have confirmed your booking. By reserving your place in our classes, you fully accept our Terms and Conditions.

4.3: By booking and paying for Money Capital Network classes, student confirms that he/she has permission to use the Master Card and/or Debit Card he/she is using as payment for the our class fees and student takes full responsibility of payment.

4.4: By purchasing Services from this website you confirm that you have checked your Order before placing it, as you are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the Order are correct. You may only purchase Services from us if you meet any legal age requirement necessary for purchase.

Money Capital Network Cancellation, Transfers & Course Attendance policy:

5.1: In the event that student cannot attend the class he/she is originally scheduled to attend, you must notify us via email at least 5 working days prior to the date you are originally scheduled to attend. In such an event, we will do our best to reschedule the student for the next available class. Original class date can be rescheduled by student but are non-refundable. If you request to be rescheduled onto another class other than the class you are originally scheduled to attend, we reserves the right to make an administrative charge of £100 which must be paid within 24 hours of the reschedule email request. Student must leave contact details in their reschedule email request, and a member of Money Capital Network will be in touch to organise a reschedule date and administrative charge (if an administrative charge has been added).

5.2 In the case of in-person group classes or group trading getaway events, if the number of registered students is not adequate to justify the cost of presenting the classes prior to the scheduled start date, the classes may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. All registered students will be notified immediately of any class cancellations/reschedules. If a class is cancelled by us, you will be given the option to reschedule for a future class date, or receive a refund. If the student fails to attend the course on the date that he/she is scheduled to attend, the full course fees are payable and non-refundable.

5.3: If, where notice has not been given but we are unable to start or continue a course as scheduled due to illness or unavoidable absence of the Money Capital Network teacher, or for any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will attempt to remedy the situation by either rescheduling the class for a future date or refunding the class fee.

5.4: If the student withdraws from any of our "in-person group classes or trading getaways" with more than 30 working days before the scheduled class date, he/she is entitled to 50% refund of the fee paid. No refund will be given if student withdraws from the course with less than 30 working days before the scheduled class date. Any refund awarded in respect to this clause will be processed within 45 working days from the claim. Refund option is not available for any class that is discounted.

5.5: If in the case there is a payment plan agreed between you and us, and the student withdraws from the group program without any notice, we reserve the rights to pursue the student for any outstanding fee. If the student fails to attend the group course, the full course fees are payable.

5.6: Student is expected to conduct him/her-self, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for Money Capital Network staff, fellow students, members of the public and our property.

5.7: Breaches of these Terms and Conditions may lead to expulsion from the class booked by Student, with no refund given.

5.8: Money Capital Network have the right to expel student if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached the terms and conditions.

5.9: When attending a group class, refresher classes are only available on a one-to-one bases. Group class sessions do not substitute for a private refresher appointment. You must book an individual refresher class if you desire to have one.

5.10: Regarding One-to-One online or in-person teachings, once payment is made for a one-to-one class, and/or a refresher class, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We advice you to confirm your commitment before booking or services.

Intellectual property rights:

6.1: This website contains information, data, photos, graphics, and other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other property rights. The content of this website cannot be reproduced, republished, distributed, or displayed in any manner without the express prior written consent of Money Capital Network.

6.2: Student agrees not to use any recording devices whilst attending Money Capital Network classes, online or in person, whether video, sound, or any other type, unless given direct permission by Money Capital Network Staff in Writing/email on the day of attendance.

6.3: All intellectual property rights with regards to these materials offered and available on this website are the property of Money Capital Network.

6.4: Student shall not resale any information he/she learns in Money Capital Network classes and/or refresher classes.

6.5: Any information student learns from Money Capital Network cannot be posted or shared on the internet by student in any form or manner.

Money Capital Network Affiliate Program:

7.1: By signing up to our Affiliate Program, you agree to all our terms and conditions.

7.2: For every confirmed booking, you will earn a commission of £100. Commissions will be paid based on successful, completed transactions and will be included in the monthly payment cycle.

7.3: By submitting your application and/or signing the agreement to our affiliate program, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or withholding of payments. If you provide false, misleading, or incorrect information during the affiliate program application process, we reserve the right to cancel your participation and withhold any earned commissions or payments.

7.4: Your commissions will be processed during the first week of every calendar month. All earnings accrued from the previous month will be consolidated and processed by the 7th of the following month.

7.5: In the event of a payment dispute or if a transaction made via the your unique payment link is reversed, delayed, or cancelled, your payment may also be delayed or cancelled, depending on the outcome of the investigation. If there is a delay in processing your payment for any reason, you will be notified via email with details as soon as possible.

7.6: When sharing or posting your unique payment link, you must do so in a manner that is honest and transparent. You must not use spam, deceptive messaging, or post in prohibited spaces. All posts must comply with relevant guidelines.

7.7: If you are found in violation of any rules outlined in these terms and conditions, including spamming or deceptive practices, we reserve the right to withhold any earned commissions and cancel future payments. Such actions may also lead to immediate termination from the affiliate program.

7.8: Money Capital Network reserves the right to amend, modify, or update all terms and conditions on this page, including the terms of the affiliate program at any time. However, any commissions or payments due for bookings completed prior to the change will still be honoured in accordance with the terms and conditions in place at the time of booking. We recommend that you review these terms and conditions daily to stay informed of any updates or changes. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

7.9: As an affiliate, it is essential that you adhere to all relevant UK advertising laws. Specifically, you must follow the guidelines set out by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to ensure your promotional content is clear, legal, and not misleading. In addition, you must comply with the rules of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), ensuring that all your marketing practices are fair and do not mislead consumers. Affiliate Payment Information:

8.1: When signing up to our Affiliate Program, for us to facilitate commission payments, you must provide accurate bank details. These details are securely stored and used solely for commission payments. You agree that providing these details is a perquisite for receiving any earned commissions. We do not share or misuse your banking details and comply with all data protection regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Money Capital Network Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

9.1: Both Money Capital Network and you agree to keep all confidential information shared during the teachings private. This includes, but not limited to, personal data, trading strategies, and business practices. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior permission.

9.2: In regards to our Affiliate Program, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, bank account information (e.g., account numbers, IBAN, BIC), and business information. Your data is used solely for the administration of the affiliate program. This includes processing your commission payments, communicating updates or compliance requirements, and verifying your identity as required. We store your data securely in encrypted systems, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access or loss. We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.

9.3: We do not sell or rent your data.

9.4: We may update this privacy statement from time to time.

Amendment to the Terms:

10.1: We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded onto our website. The date of the last revision to these Terms is provided at the end of the Terms. We recommend that you visit this page each time you visit our website to ensure that you are aware of and are complying with any changes that we have made to these Terms.
